Dear reader, I was long
over 4 years affected by fears - cardiac neurosis, especially the . I have always thought that there is no hope for me and was about to spin. After 4 years of full panic attacks, anxiety and depression I have made its way out of this vicious circle at last. provided the greatest help to me while the Linden Method (click for more information) . The Linden Method I felt after a few days so well that I could laugh again. Today it is more than a year ago and I laugh just about my old worries.
Even if I do not like thinking back to those old times, so I may still give you a few tips what has helped me out even Linden:
- Sport:
I started with my running and powert me every time completely. It distracted me from strong and often gave me after a while a lot of energy and vitality.
- Art:
I started painting and was always better at it. The pictures adorn the walls of all my friends today.
- Love:
Even if I was depressed, I tried to break through that wall by administering a lot of love to my girlfriend. It's hard. The moment you do not want it. But if you manage to open his heart back a little so the neurotic symptoms are weaker. Had
