I, this is a very good idea and long overdue. In Germany there are laws for everything and anything and regulations, the only animal welfare is neglected miserably.
However, should do it really true animal lovers, our pets are at heart and take over the job not only because of the prestige.
So after the motto: I am with the animal police, is not that cool?
